  • Of the 74 released to date, none has returned to prison so far (SC 5-year average: 75%). We save the state $48,000 per year for every man that does not go back. When you add their economic contribution from getting jobs or starting companies, it is a real benefit of over $75,000 per man. To date, we have returned the state over $3,000,000 from just one class, at one prison.
