Problem: Can't access SentinelTerritorialCommand after activation
Solution: Log out and log back in. Clear browser cache. If still issues, wait 5-10 minutes for system to propagate permissions.
Step 3 of 9
Understanding Your Territory
Your exclusive geographic area
- • Your licensed_geography defines exact boundaries where you can operate
- • Territory defined by: Country, State, County, City, and/or Zip Codes
- • Territory Scope indicates your level: Community, City, County, State, or Country
- • Example: If scope='county' and location='Travis County, Texas', you can only work in Travis County
- • If scope='community' with zip codes listed, you can only work in those specific zip codes
- • All geographic data is stored in your SentinelCredential record
- • Territory is EXCLUSIVE - no other Sentinels in same area (unless sub-territory assigned)
Territory Boundaries Enforcement
How the system enforces boundaries
- • When you submit a client audit: System extracts client location
- • System compares client location against your licensed_geography
- • If IN BOUNDS: Audit accepted, you can conduct it
- • If OUT OF BOUNDS: Audit rejected, you cannot access client data
- • Out-of-bounds attempts logged in ComplianceAuditLog with your name
- • Core HQ monitors violations automatically
- • Repeated violations can trigger credential suspension or revocation
Compliance Rules
Critical rules you must follow
- • NEVER conduct audits outside your licensed territory
- • NEVER attempt to access clients outside your area
- • NEVER share or use other Sentinels' credentials
- • NEVER operate outside your license expiration date
- • NEVER conduct business if your credential status is 'suspended' or 'revoked'
- • NEVER share client audit data with unauthorized parties
- • NEVER violate data confidentiality agreements
- • All activity monitored - violations recorded and reported to your Licensor
What Triggers Compliance Issues
